Giachi Studio designed and oversaw the construction of this compact 25 sqm apartment in Milan as a refined first home for a young client. Despite its limited footprint, the project maximizes every square metre through a carefully organized layout that creates a separate bedroom independent from the living area. The two spaces are divided by an orange-tinted glass partition, a distinctive feature that provides privacy while preserving natural light and visual continuity throughout the apartment. The result is a compact yet functional urban home defined by warmth, efficiency, and a strong sense of identity.
